There are times when Emagine needs to conduct unplanned assessments to investigate complaints, evaluate significant changes, or follow up with suspended certifications. While these audits may occur with minimal notice, we ensure our clients understand the conditions and requirements before proceeding.

These special assessments maintain our standard audit rigor, with complete documentation and established methodology. However, they serve a distinct purpose from regular audits and don't replace scheduled assessments in your certification cycle. Instead, they're conducted as separate, focused evaluations to address specific concerns or changes in your organization.
