For significant organizational changes, Emagine may require a Stage 1 assessment before recertification. Multi-site organizations receive tailored audit coverage ensuring comprehensive evaluation across all locations.

Addressing Nonconformities - When our audit identifies nonconformities, Emagine:
•Sets specific deadlines for corrections
•Requires implementation before certification expiration
•Verifies corrective action effectiveness

Certification Renewal Decisions - Renewal recommendations consider:
•Recertification audit results
•Historical system performance
•Stakeholder feedback and complaints
•Overall certification period compliance

Certificate Timeline Management For successful recertification:
•New certificate expiry aligns with previous cycle
•Issue date follows recertification approval
•Continuous certification maintained

Important Timeline Considerations - If Emagine cannot: Complete recertification audit, or Verify corrective actions before expiration Then:

• Certification recommendation withheld
• Certificate validity not extended
•Client notified of implications
•Certificate Restoration
•Available within 6 months post-expiration
•Requires completion of outstanding activities
•May require new Stage 2 audit and new certificate dates reflect prior certification cycle
